OTAI SPECIAL STEEL is 1.2316 plastic mold tool steel stockholders and suppliers from China with more than 25 years of experience in steel round bar, flat bar, and plate supply.

1.2316 plastic mold tool steel is chrome-molybdenum steel with improved corrosion resistance properties, 1.2316 possesses good polishability, toughness, heat resistance, and wear-resistant properties. it’s often used for tool for processing chemically aggressive plastic materials (e.g. PVC).

1.2316 steel could also be martensitic stainless chrome steel with uniform hardness altogether dimensions, it is easy to machine, high surface finish, and polishability. 1.2316 is typically used for plastic molds and offers a far better corrosion resistance than 1.2083. It is often used for the manufacturing of chemically aggressive materials like PVC and plastics containing abrasive fillers.

1.2316 steel properties as below:

Form of Supply

1.2316 plastic mold tool steel, we can supply the round bar, steel flat bar, plate, and steel square block. Round bar can be sawn to your required lengths as one-offs or multiple-cut pieces. Rectangular pieces can be sawn from flat bars or plates to your specific sizes.
