Annealing of Carbon Steel C45E material

680-710°C, Soak well. then slowly cool in furnace

Hardening of C45E

At 820-855°C, Quenching in air or oil. before quench, ensure heat thoroughly.

Tempering of Steel Din C45E

Heat to 550-660°C for Tempering. As different hardness and requirement, confirm temperature.
